Draft — last edited September 2026
This is a starting draft written to match how the site and Discord actually work, not legal advice. Have someone qualified review it — especially the data-collection and third-party sections — before treating it as binding, and confirm the effective date before this goes live.
BlackWire Gaming ("BlackWire," "we," "us") runs community game servers for ARK: Survival Ascended, Palworld, and Once Human. This page explains what information we come into contact with and how it's used.
BlackWire's website is a static informational page — it doesn't have accounts, doesn't run analytics or tracking cookies, and doesn't collect anything through forms on this site itself.
Information we do come into contact with, through playing on or joining the community, includes:
Our servers run through third-party hosting providers — Nitrado for ARK: Survival Ascended and Palworld, and NetEase for Once Human — and community coordination happens on Discord. Each of those platforms has its own privacy policy governing the data you give them directly; ours only covers what BlackWire itself does with information in the course of running the community.
We don't sell player data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Moderation records (bans, mutes, ticket history) are kept as long as needed to enforce rules consistently and handle appeals. Server logs used for troubleshooting are retained only as long as the hosting provider's default retention allows.
You can leave the Discord or stop playing on our servers at any time, which stops any further collection. To ask what we hold about you, or to request it be deleted where we're able to, reach out in #support or contact us at the address below.
BlackWire's servers follow the age requirements of the underlying games and Discord itself. We don't knowingly collect information from children below those platforms' minimum ages.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll post about it in the Discord. Continuing to play on our servers after a change means you've accepted the update.
Questions about this policy: reach staff in the BlackWire Discord, or at [email protected].
