Something broken, missing, or just confusing? Here's the fastest way to get it sorted, plus answers to what comes up most.

To get a fast answer, include:
Direct-connect using the IP pinned in that game's Discord channel rather than relying on the public server list, which can lag behind or filter results depending on your client's region and favorites settings.
Check the pinned mod list first — a version mismatch is the most common cause. If mods match and it still hangs, check the live status on the homepage feed before assuming it's your end.
Open a ticket with the approximate time it happened and your coordinates if you have them. Rollbacks aren't guaranteed, but staff can look at logs — the sooner you report it, the more likely logs still cover it.
Open a ticket and ask for an appeal — don't argue it in public channels. Include your side of what happened; staff will review the log and get back to you.
